This project involved a telephone survey and detailed face to face interviews with the 73 Commonwealth Government-funded disability advocacy services.

The aim of the consultations is to better understand advocacy, consumer and families’ disability employment reform information needs, and to identify how the Department could improve advocacy services’ access to information.
