AHA assisted the Department to reduce the regulatory burden on Family Relationships Services Program (FRSP) agencies by identifying overlaps between the full range of standards relevant to the program.

AHA was appointed to review the Family Relationships Services Program (FRSP) Approval requirements. These requirements were mapped against all other standards and requirements relevant to FRSP agencies in Australia, including:

• ACHS-EQuIP5
• QIC Standards
• ISO 9001:2008
• Community Care Common Standards
• National Quality Standard for Early Childhood Education and Care and School Age Care
• Service Excellence Program
• Better Care Better Services Standards for Children and Young People in Protection and Care (WA)
• One DHS Standards (Victoria).
