Greer is passionate about health equity and social justice and has a particular interest in working to improve outcomes for disadvantaged Australians.

Greer is an experienced project manager and has managed the Long Form Outcomes Framework (LFOF) data collection project on behalf of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) for several years. Each year for this role, Greer has managed the recruitment and onboarding of new data collector staff, including developing and delivering training. In addition to implementing and maintaining business and system processes, she has also been responsible for managing the project timeline, budget and scope, testing and refining the online data capture platform developed by AHA, and performing data checks to ensure integrity of survey data.

Greer has applied her wide-ranging evaluation skillset to all our recent major evaluations. This skillset includes conducting stakeholder consultations, developing evaluation frameworks and data collection tools, preparing ethics submissions, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, literature scans and report writing.

Greer is particularly skilled at engaging with vulnerable and hard-to-reach cohorts, including people with disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, LGBTIQA+ people, people from CALD backgrounds, care leavers, people affected by forced adoption, veterans, and people experiencing mental illness.

Greer is a skilled communicator and excels at producing clear, concise, and meaningful reports, literature reviews, policy analyses, and research summaries.

Greer has experience working for state and federal governments and has previously worked in the employment, disability and education sectors. Prior to joining AHA, she worked for the NDIA during its inception in the Barwon region. She has worked as an employment consultant in far north Queensland, working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to achieve better employment outcomes.

Greer has strong project management skills, which complement her talent for organisation and stakeholder engagement.
