She is a key member of AHA’s CSO team, her role includes monitoring CSO distributors’ compliance with their obligations, utilising her client management skills. She has comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the CSO arrangements and specifically of CSO distributors’ obligations under their Deed with the Department of Health, thereby helping to ensure that all Australians have timely access to the full range of PBS medicines.
She has good understanding of data and technical IT requirements and a dedication to processes and quality control. She is responsible for day to day communication with CSO Distributors and conduct regular audit site visits of pharmaceutical warehouses across Australia.
