Since joining AHA in 2016, Vicky has worked across several of our major projects.
Vicky spent 3 years working in our Community Service Obligation administration agency team, where she gained a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the CSO and experience in monitoring CSO distributors’ compliance with their obligations.
In 2019, Vicky transitioned to the Chemotherapy Compounding Payments Scheme team and is now the operations manager. She is responsible for all aspects of project operations, including receiving and processing eligible claims, making payments to TGA compounders, managing compounder IDs, and delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting.
Vicky is also involved in our Pharmacy Programs Administrator project, supporting programs that aim to ensure access to PBS Medicines for people living in rural and remote regions of Australia, and to improve participation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and people from rural backgrounds in the pharmacy workforce.
During this time, she also completed a degree in public health.
Prior to joining AHA, Vicky worked in the disability, recruitment and mining sectors and has maintained a strong focus on quality and compliance throughout her career.
Vicky combines outstanding administration and data analysis skills with a strong customer focus.
